The Scholarship Fund
The AJ Wang Foundation Scholarship Fund targets graduating high school seniors each year by providing financial resources for at least two consecutive years for students attending a selected community college in the designated Southern California area.
The scholarship is eligible for tuition, school fees, books, supplies, housing, and/or transportation.
Depending on the student’s progress towards completion of a degree, program, or certification, as well as academic standing, a student may qualify for a third year of funding. Students who transfer to a 4-year institution of higher learning within two years of their community college career and meeting eligibility shall receive a final award towards their 4-year career.

About the AJ Wang Foundation
The AJ Wang Foundation was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization in November 2008 to support students with funding to pursue programs at various educational institutions.
The AJ Wang Foundation is led by Alice and JP Wang who immigrated to the United States from Taiwan in pursuit of the “American Dream.” Both Alice and JP were able to attend school and obtain higher education degrees through the generosity of others, leading to a lifelong goal and pledge to “give back” to the community. Through their hard work and tenacity, they have become successful entrepreneurs.
The AJ Wang Foundation focuses on first-generation students, students from non-traditional homes, and students pursuing careers that are unconventional.
